Inspired By: John 11:25-26; 14:6-15, Luke 19:10, Romans 6:8-11

Who turns the darkness into light
Who speaks and galaxies ignite
Whose breath can seize the gift of life
there is One, only One

Who heals the weak, the lame, the blind
and frees the captive from the lies
Who calls the dead to come alive
There is One, only One

My God is a miracle maker
My King is a liberator
He is faithful, He is able, He's conquered every grave
My God is a miracle maker

Who came to seek and save the lost
Who paid it all upon the cross
Who opened Heaven's gates for us
There is one, only one

There's no valley your love won't lead me through
There's no mountain, no mountain you can't move
There's no evil that can rob me of the truth
My hope is found in you, all my hope is found in you

My hope is found in you, God my hope is found in you

SONG STORY:
From the parting of the Red Sea, to the healing of the blind man at Bethsaida, to Lazarus walking out of his own grave, the Bible is full of inexplicable miracles that point to an all powerful God. But more important than all these wondrous accounts throughout scripture is the greatest miracle of all that was put on full display at the cross. Romans 6:8-11 says “if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.”

The ultimate goal of the Christian should not be to merely experience the miracle, but to intimately know the maker. It is then, and only then, that we truly come alive. Whatever the valley, whatever that mountain that seems to be standing in our way, there is absolutely nothing can separate us from the Lord of God that is found in Christ Jesus our Lord. With we Spirit of God living inside us, we are walking miracles, we are living proof of the power and love of our Savior. May we seek to live each day as such.
